Progress with phimocure rings after 2 weeks

"Ive been stretching using the phimocure rings for about 2 weeks. I've moved up one ring size so far, and i can leave the ring im using in now for between 30-60 minutes at a time. I can feel the stretch for the first few minutes but after that nothing much."

Possible Lichen Sclerosus

"Hi, I'm a 32 year old 6'4" 280lb white guy, who has recently developed a foreskin problem. The foreskin is torn a little and gets white with pressure The is visible scar tissue, it's still possible to retract it, But only flaccid and even then barely."

Editor Note:  Note that most cases of phimosis on this blog are not Lichen Sclerosus.  Rather I believe they are caused by damage to the 3 spongy chambers of the penis.  See my other blog: http://uktightforeskin.blogspot.co.uk/

Obese 19 yr diabetic Guy starts out with phimocure rings

So, I just got the Phimocure kit by mail. So, I thought, "finally, I'll make some progress!". However, I was having trouble getting the rings in. I contacted Phimocure, and they told me to place the ring into the tight phimotic band. Except, I look at my foreskin, and it seems I don't have one, or not as prominent. So, do I continue to try? Maybe my foreskin is still too tight?

I began to observe my foreskin some more, and I noticed(I marked with arrows/lines) it just doesn't look right. I'm going to schedule an appointment with a doctor, but for now, what's your thoughts on this? Is this just what phimosis does to a penis? Maybe I'm just exaggerating

I believe I've also got yeast infection. I've began to to open my foreskin and allow to warm water during a shower to go in while doing a light stretch. By just doing that, I've noticed I can retract my foreskin a teeny little bit more. I see white stuff on my foreskin, which I believe is smegma. What else can I do to get rid of yeast? I have some hydrocortisone 1%. Will that help? If so, how do I apply it? To the glans?

Also, it's important to note, I was told by a doctor(a while ago) I have(had, hopefully) 'pre diabetes', and I know the sugar in the urine is bad. I've changed my diet and I have lost 40 pounds. From 300 to 258. As you can see, I'm just trying to turn my life around. Cut my long greasy hair too. I'm 19

I have phimosis, but it wasn't that bad. I tried stretching and I think I went too aggressively. I tore my foreskin and it didn't heal over a month now, I think every time it came close, I messed it up with masturbating (idiot). Also, my glans is extremely sensitive, just touching it is really painful. What should my next steps of action be? Should I wait for the tears to heal completely and then start the stretches again? What can I do for the sensitivity part, without it being too painful, like rubbing it. I'm 18 btw.

Seems he masturbates excessively.  See my other blog on how masturbation can cause phimosis: http://uktightforeskin.blogspot.co.uk/

Guy cured his phimosis without circumcision

I cured my phimosis about a year ago, but ever since then I've had this white film around my foreskin and glans. It doesn't itch or hurt but it smells bad occasionally. I clean myself every day, but even after showering it is still there sometimes. It gets worse if I masturbate as well. Does anyone know what this is?
