When I was about 17, I had sex often with no issues, until one day during sex my foreskin tore a bit. This sounds crazy saying it now, but I've been dealing with the repercussions of that for the last 5 years, as I'm now 22.
I've basically not been able to stop masturbating and or having sex for more than about a week at a time, and that may be the whole problem, but I need help understanding if this sounds like a yeast problem or just a matter of stretching, or just ACTUALLY not masturbating or having sex for weeks and weeks?
I've been leaving my foreskin retracted permanently. There is a tight band, so it rarely if ever goes up on it's own. I can bring it back up, but it feels really awkward and eventually finds it's way back down.
When I get an erection, it gets really tight and usually hurts a little, especially if it was erect for a long time or if I were masturbating.
I've been to the doctor and they prescribed betamethasone cream.
I'm currently at about 7 days of no masturbating and applying the cream about 3 times a day. Here are some pictures:
What my penis looks like when I'm not doing anything with it.
When I'm pulling downward(The reddish spot is the area of most of my problems)
When I put my foreskin back up(I almost never do this, so it feels very awkward and felt like it was just making it more irritated)
