Used phimcure. 90% cured. Review.
Hi. I started off having quite a bad case of phimosis where only I could only use q-tips for stretching. I started using phimocure about 8 months back and my phimosis is 90% cured. Wanted to share a couple of observations / tips from my experience.
1. Most improvements come during the initial few months. I had moved up 6 rings in the first couple of months only. After that it takes a bit of time and perseverance to get further results.
2. Move up a ring only when you feel no irritation / strain at all when wearing the current ring. If you move up too early, then it will be painful and will actually take longer to see improvements.
3. When you are 'stuck' on a particular ring (hit a plateau), try wearing the rings for longer and longer amounts of time at a stretch. It helps to keep a log of the duration and number of times the rings are worn each day. Wear the ring till you start to feel a bit of discomfort, then take it out. If you find that the duration of wearing is improving day by day, it means you are making progress!
4. When you move up a ring, start by wearing for smaller durations of time (you will start feeling discomfort early). Then increase the duration gradually. Remember to remove the ring at the onset of the slightest of pain. Then you can start over in the next session.
5. Do check for yeast on a regular basis and apply treatment when required. Yeast is a huge deterrent to treating phimosis.
Hope this advice helps anyone using / planning to use flesh tunnels.
