25 yo

He writes: I'm 25 and only had sex once, where I couldn't even orgasm because it was too painful for me to retract my foreskin while inside her. I've spoken to a doctor about this and he mentioned I have phimosis, and that my skin is supposed to pull all the way back without pain. It is also supposed to help desensitize the head as I do this. He mentioned trying on some cream and pull back the skin more and more daily. I have tried the daily pull back without the cream for about a month without progress. I am considering trying the cream but am worried this will make it worse because I noticed part of the skin has fused with the glans. It was always like this before I saw the doctor. I have always masturbated frequently by humping against blankets, sheets, and pillows, which I have read can cause this fusion. I've stopped doing it since.

I would like to ask if anyone has had similar problems and how they managed to fix it. Would greatly appreciate any resources you can share. I've recently got a girlfriend who I am very close with and want to be able to have sex her like a normal guy. Really don't want to do surgery however. Do I have other options?

Editor note: This is further proof of my theory that damage to the 3 spongy chambers of the penis from applying too much pressure in masturbation can lead to phimosis (http://uktightforeskin.blogspot.com).  Note that in his erect pics, the penis isnt very hard.  Another thing you may notice is the meatus (the peehole) is reddened - which is another common feature of phimosis.
