I have 2 month of stretching behind me now, and so far the results are amazing. I can retract my foreskin now while flaccid and even when semi-erect. So I have the feeling that I am almost finished with this procedure but recently I have noticed a feeling of sharp pain when trying to pull back.
1) On the pictures that I have added here you can see that a certain “hourglass” effect is present, is there any way that this will completely disappear when I continue stretching?
2) What do I personally mean by stretching? First of all as I started out I had a very tiny opening and I stretched it by retracting the skin in flaccid state until I felt some resistance. This was in my opinion successful I basically used the glans as a resistance. With the Progress I changed from doing that in the erect state so I had more resistance and more girth. I did not use any other method I did not use a stretching device or some silicon rings, or the two finger method. Can I stick to my method or is it only useful when you want to achieve results for flaccid retraction?
3) Now I have changed my routine in the last 2 weeks. I have started to use Hydrocort Creme 0,25 % which can be bought without a recipe from the doctor. And I don’t know if it is just my imagination or if my skin did really “thin” out. I have stopped using this crème 2 days ago and just continued with my stretching routine (3 times a day for 15-20 minutes)
I also have reduced the amount of masturbation to once every 2 days so my skin gets less irritation from that but I somehow feel demotivated that all the effort I have put in the last 2 month have reached their limits and that I am stuck.
Should I make a break of two days to give the skin time to recover or should I continue my routine and ignore the pain? Can my progress be lost when I stop for 2 days? I basically had no breaks within the last 2 month
Editor note: His reduction in masturnation is likely why he has seen improvement. Simple as that.
