White formation on mans penis

Hello, I'm a 22 yr old male.I've had phimosis most of my life.About 2 months ago I started pulling the foreskin back while flacid and trying to pull it as much as I can whilst erect.Afther a while I could pull it smoothly w/o any problems, while it was flacid and could get full decalotation while erect but a bit tight under the head of the penis. Recently, I got into a relationship and 1 week ago I had sex with the girl. Condoms were painful so we decided to go without. During the act, I didnt really have problems but at one point..we started doing it way to much for 1 day.Afther 5 days, I started experiencing some pain while having sex but I kept at it...well, the pain got worse the next day, so we stoped.
I noticed a white formation, similar to white dry skin and the skin formation above the head of the penis got very dry and tight and I couldn't even pull the skin back without experiencing pain similar to a burning sensation.
While urinating with the skin over the glans , I experienced a very intense burning sensation but while it was retracted..I didnt.
Is it normal afther intense sexual intercourse ( forced even though it was a bit painful) ? Is it just dried up/ tore skin ?
Should I be concerced about BXO? Any opinions?

Editor note: This does look like Balantis Xerotica Obliterans .  Does this indicate that BXO is a sexually transmitted disease?  Note that most cases of phimosis in adolescence/young adulthood present without BXO, contrary to medical opinion.  I believe most phimosis cases are caused by damage to the 3 spongy chambers of the penis - usually in masturabtion.
