Positive things said about phimocure customer service

So I've been using this product for a few weeks and the progress has been great however I've stalled due to losing a ring. I have tried manually stretching whilst always using the smaller ring to try in effect skip a ring-size but I'm having no luck.
Just wondering if anyone has successfully emailed the company and bought a single replacement rather than ordering the full set again.


He is right, once i first bought it, the rings weren't fitting me.. even the smallest ring, i have contacted them via mail to their customer service, and they hook me up with smaller rings like 2-3 smaller rings for no fees at all. They are really good. My suggestion is contact them.

UPDATE: Emailed them and they have delivered a whole new set of rings free of charge.
What a great company, would recommend to anyone.
