Different case studies of phimosis (a tight foreskin). Mostly taken from network54 phimosis forum. See right panel for link to my other blog about my theory of how masturbation can cause phimosis.

Guy has success with just finger stretching method (took a year)
Hi. I'm Leo, 24 years old, from Argentina.
I always knew my penis didn't look like others but I thought it had to do with being intact thus I didn't pay too much attention until two years ago when I started researching about it and found this great forum.
I never posted anything here before but I've been an active reader since then. I didn't see the point of posting pictures or asking for help since all I needed was, and still is, sticked at the front page.
My foreskin opening was small, I'd say it was about 7mm diameter when erect. There was no way I could fit two fingers in, so I started stretching with the other described method, grabbing two sides and pulling them apart.
Fortunately, I didn't have a short frenulum, I didn't have to worry about that.
After stretching for one year (although there was a lapse of three months where I almost didn't do the exercises), I was able to fully retract when flaccid. Maybe I could have done it earlier but I was really scared of paraphimosis. It took me about three more months to retract when erect.
Today, I feel like the job is almost done regarding phimosis and I'm now working on desensitizing my glans a bit so I can actually enjoy sex/masturbation without feeling an awful pain.
I must add that I didn't use any stretching device nor creams/oils. I'm sure that would have made it easier.
This site, along with PhimosisJourney encouraged me to overcome my phimosis condition.
Thank you Jim.
PS: I know my english is far from perfect and I'm sorry for that.

Phimocure doesnt work for one guy
Is it at all possible that for some reason Phimocure just wont work for some people? I've had the kit for around a month now with no results; Here is my story;
First unboxing, found the ring that fit me best, size 4 was easy enough to get in and also pretty easy to get out, 5 was very painful and even more painful to get out. I kept with 4 for a week, I would fit the ring in the morning before work, have it in for an hour and repeat this 2 more times throughout the day, applying the cream in the kit after removing the ring.
After a week I was getting restless with the lack of progress, so I started keeping the ring in for longer, until I had it in for 5 hours. Removing after this was very painful even though the ring was pretty loose and left lines on my Meatus, from this point, inserting the 4 was difficult, So I went down to the 3, that barely stayed in at all for a week.
I am again at the point of using the 4th ring, with the same routine as before, but the past week and a half have been the exact same, light pain for 20 seconds after putting in the ring, after an hour of wear, struggle to get out and painful.
Am I doing something wrong? I know that In the past 2 weeks I also accidently left the 4th in overnight (4 hours of sleep though) and woke up with irritation, but I didnt feel like I lost any progress.

Theory on phimocure ring sizes
On the phimocure website, it is stated that the kit:
"Now includes 11 medical grade flexible rings, sized from 9.5mm to 30.2 mm diameter."
That seemed odd to me. Why would someone manufacture a ring that's exactly 30.2 mm in diameter? 30.5 I would understand, but 30.2 seems arbitrary. I thought maybe the rings are manufactured in America, and the measurements are actually in imperial units (inches), but are converted to metric units (mm). Well, 30.2 mm is 1.188976 inch, and 1.2 inch is 30.48 mm. That's not right.
And then I thought, maybe the rings are manufactured to have a very specific circumference, and the number being advertised on the website is the diameter, because it is more meaningful to the user. Well, a circle with a diameter of 30.2 mm has a circumference of 94.8760981384 mm. That's pretty close to 95. A circle with a circumference of 95 mm has a diameter of 30.2394391875 mm, which gives you 30.2 when you round it up. The smaller ring, which is said to have a diameter of 9.5 mm, would actually have a circumference of exactly 30 mm, which would yield of diameter of 9.54929658551, which gives us 9.5 when rounded. That's why I concluded that the phimocure rings are manufactured with circumference in mind, i.e., their circumference in mm is made to be a round number.
Now here's the interesting part. There are 11 rings, the biggest one being 95 mm (circumference), the smallest one 30 mm. That would give us an increment of 6.5 mm. The smallest one is 30, the second one would be 36.5, third one 43, etc.
That still doesn't seem quite right to me. I can't believe someone would manufacture flesh tunnels with 6.5 mm increments, 5 mm would be more logical. If the increment were 5 mm, how many rings would there be? '((95 - 30) / 5) + 1' (you need to add 1 to account for the last ring) gives us 14.
Could it be that the phimocure kit was meant to be a kit of 14 rings, but that only 11 of them are actually sent to us? I was curious, so I made the measurement. Here is the circumference of the rings, in mm, from the smallest to the biggest. I measured them using a string and a ruler.
30, 40, 45, 50, 60, 65, 70, 75, 85, 90, 95
As you can see, the increment between the rings is of 5 mm, but there are gaps of 10 mm, which means that there are missing rings. Which means that it should be more difficult to move to the 2nd, 5th and 9th ring. I believe that this can explain most plateaux experienced by phimocure users. What do you all think? I'm sharing this knowledge with the community because I believe it can be useful to phimocure users. Manual stretching can be used to manage those bigger gaps.
For the curious, here are the next rings that phimocure will send you if you ask them:
100, 105, 115, 120, 130
As you can see, again, there are missing rings.
