"Until years ago I had something close to pinhole phimosis. With some manual stretching (pulling the skin, q-tips) and changing the way I masturbated (from rubbing to jerking) I got a little more playroom, saw the meatus for the first time and at some point even retracted the foreskin for about 40-50%, which was really uncomfortable since it hugged the glans too tight into an hourglass figure. But since most of the time after 2-3 days the foreskin returned to being as tight as before stretching, I lost motivation. Also because it took a lot of work to get back to the point of actually stretching.
I haven't really bothered trying for a few years until I recently found phimocure. I ordered it, was very hopeful but now that I have it, it seems I can't actually get the rings in. Now, when the foreskin is a little "warmed up" and more loose because of masturbating for instance, I can lube up my skin and my thumb (my skin always sticks to the glans) and shove it all the way down my foreskin until I get it under the glans. I think the diameter of my thumb is about 20mm. The first few times I did this I really felt the stretch, now it doesn't take that much. However, as said, I can't get a flesh tunnel in, even the ones smaller than my thumb. The phimotic band seems to be on the far inside of the foreskin. My skin is pretty long, and nearly all loose hanging skin is not tight. I have to pull it back pretty far to expose the phimotic band, and because it hugs the glans I can't fold a ring and get it underneath it. Also, the smaller rings are VERY hard to let expand controlably. They usually snap back into their round shape pretty hard, which evens hurts if I do it in the loose part of my skin, let alone how that would feel in the phimotic area.
So yeah. I have troubles getting this to work. Has anyone of you perhaps had the same problem, or any tips on another way I could insert the rings safely (without snapping hard)? I believe they are not supposed to be brought in wet or with lube either, so I'm a little hesitant to try that too. "

Can't get it under the band. (I do not have the guts to fold the ring while inserting because the smaller ones are hard to gently let fold out again, they snap back really hard). You can already kinda see the ring does not hug the glans, leading to the next photo
While taking photos I noticed this sight, it looks a little weird with the skin overlapping and the frenulum being on the side?
