Possible frenulum breve (short frenulum)
The patient writes:
Hey,
I'm 23 and only this year realised that the foreskin is meant to fully retract when hard (never told otherwise and I guess I presumed all guys in porn were corcumcised, silly me!). So initially I thought I had phimosis as my foreskin won't fully retract when hard, but having tried phimocure for 2/3 months with no noticeable difference I looked further into foreskin problems and came across the frenulum breve condition.
So my fpreskin retracts fine when flaccid but when hard (as images show) it will only retract that far before it really starts to pull on my frenulum and really put it in pain. In the last image yoo can see where the frenulum starts to turn white a little when I retract as hard as I can under the pressure.
Whenever I've had sex my fpreskin stays on which then takes me an hour to ejaculate or most the time my penis goes floppy mid flow. So it's really annoying for me and I just want to get to the bottom of the problem.
So looking at my photos, would you say that my frenulum looks short?
Ideally I'd like to hear from someone who's been through similar situations and found a fix for it. I've tried stretching for a week or so and not made all that much of a difference, but still early days. I wouldn't be against a frenuloplasty if it would help?.

Short frenulum but has seen improvement
Thought I would share my progress to encourage people to let them know this actually works. It's a lot less tight than a couple of days ago, when I retract now it doesn't strangle the glans as much and it's getting more to it's natural shape. I'm itching to fully retract to give it a proper clean!

Veins near tight frenulum
"I fear these veins will inhibit my retraction progress and become painful. They are very large and also get in the way of stretching. I have a tight frenulum as well as a tight phimosis ring. Is this a normal issue?"

Frenulum too tight
"Currently, my frenulum measures 2cm when I stretch it out.
So far, I've been doing the multiple finger stretching method and pulling back still feels a bit tight and the frenulum also pulls on the head somewhat when pulling back while erect, although I haven't attempted full retraction yet in either case. I've been stretching the frenulum by grasping the foreskin outwards, but may have to place more emphasis on this.
From the images below, does my frenulum look too tight? Also, while there are variations, does 2cm when stretched out seem reasonable for a frenulum length? I would have thought not..."

Editor Note: The redness either side of the meatus is a common feature of phimosis.
