Guy got circumcision

I did try stretching with creams but no rings, didn't make much of a difference, doc said there's less chance due to my age being 35 and also there was quite a bit of scar tissue due to previously tearing it a few times when attempting to have sex. This scar tissue is not stretchable.
Editor Note: seems to have white patches indicating lichen sclerosus.

The patient writes: Until recently, I could not retract my foreskin very far at all, never far enough to reveal the glans. I saw a urologist, was prescribed betamethasone, and very soon was able to retract, only to discover adhesion! I've been applying betamethasone and retracting daily to try to resolve the adhesion. I've also been stretching, and started using phimocure a couple of days ago. I still cannot retract over the glans when erect. Sometimes, when I'm retracting as far as I can, there is a clearish white discharge. Oh, and I don't know if it's very visible, but there's some discoloration on the glans. A lot of

white and a speck of brown are on the area in the middle of the glans; the rest is bright read except the rim, which is purple. The glans used to be hypersensitive; now it is not quite as sensitive except on the edges and towards the edges. Oh, and there's paraphimosis. I can only bring the foreskin back over the glans with some difficulty.
So, am I doing the right things? Should I be retracting as far as I can three times a day to try to resolve the adhesion? Will the stretching resolve the phimosis and paraphimosis and help with the adhesion?

Oh, and from reading on this forum, I know surgery is cautioned against. But I'm thinking of having surgery to snip the adhesion (not circumcision). My urologist recommends it and says it would be very simple. He also says I have pretty significant adhesion. But I know not just to take his advice; what do you all think?
