GIF of phimosis patient mastubrating showing incorrect masturbation technique that applies too much pressure

Guy gets a circumcision (Blog)
Here is the blog: https://circumcisiondiary.wordpress.com/2012/05/
Stretching doesn't work a lot of the time (follow my advice instead on not masturbating)
"So after a year or so of stretching everyday and being in pain, I finally decided to go to the doctor about my phimosis. The doc said that he thought that creams wouldn't be much use, and he recommended a dorsal slit. So I got my slit on Wednesday last week, and iv'e been in agony ever since. Iv'e noticed that it starts to seep some brownish-green stuff from the foreskin and and hurts like hell to try and pull the foreskin back. After the procedure was done, he left my foreskin pulled back behind the head, then morning when I woke up, it was back over the head. I went back and got some anti-biotics, but i'm sure if it's infected or something, im terrified that this is going to screw up my penis forr life"Source: http://www.reddit.com/r/sex/comments/2b6f3x/phimosis_problem/

Another case
Editor note: This young man stretches his foreskin in this way. He seems to apply a lot of pressure to the shaft of the penis which is likely to damage the 3 delicate spongy chambers. I would recommend stopping masturbating to allow the penis to repair. Masturbate at most once every 4 days. Another case: this guy says he has just recently been able to pull it behind the head
"It took a few months, but I can pull the foreskin right back over the head. Sex still hurts though. I reckon itll take a while. Also the head is very very sensetive"
Editor note: As you can see the corpus spongiosum - the underside chamber - is hardly visible in this case. This ties in with my theory that damage to the penis in masturbation is the main cause of phimosis. See my other blog: How to cure phimosis
