Totally destroyed penis from masturbation

If this is him hard then the penis just looks destroyed from masturbation - the 3 spongy chambers look totally deflated and very small too.

guy nearly cured - did stretching

I would say it took me around 1-2 months. However even after I could retract, it wasn't that smooth but as I masturbated correctly (see my blog on why masturbation can cause phimosis: http://uktightforeskin.blogspot.com/)after this and whatnots, I gained even more mobility.

At the moment, the foreskin extends even further behind the corona than on the last pictures.

Guy masturbates a lot

–]Sensitive_Rub_5812[S] 1 point

As of now I masturbate quite frequently. I masturbate with my head covered as ut is difficult for me to mastrubate with foreskin retracted. My foreskin doesn't roll normally, it just accumulates near the head so it is difficult to mastrubate like that. Although I am planning to practice no fap from now.

Should I sleep with foreskin skin retract or head covered? Normally my skin remains on the head and I have to use my hands to pull it. It hurts a bit when I try to pull it while erect. How should I sleep?

Guy with phimosis masturbating incorrectly by rubbing.

This shows a damaged penis.  the erection isnt at full capacity - meaning damage to the 3 spongy chambers - so it isnt filling up with blood properly.  See www.uktightforeskin.blogspot.com for solution.

flaccid case

Editor note: Please note the angle of the glans. It is pointing downwards wheras in a healthy penis it should be tilted back.   This is a sign that the corpus spongiosum, the underside of the 3 spongy chambers of the penis, is damaged. Guy thinks masturbation might be cause of phimosis

He Writes:

"Hello again, I'm the stupid guy that used Neosporin on his foreskin for years (currently 28 years old). After opening a topic here, I followed Jim's advice and stopped using it. Handled the side-effects with Clotrimazole cream. Been ointment and cream free the last 1 and half years.

So, this is me:

- Right now I can only see 10-15 mm of the glans when I pull the foreskin (flaccid) all the way back.
- I have never ever been able to fully retract my flaccid nor erect penis; I have had this tight foreskin all my life.
- My foreskin's opening has slightly increased throughout the years, but in an extremely slow pace. Recently it stopped opening.

My problems:

1. I'm pretty sure I don't have a yeast or bacterial infection, yet I have had this slight redness on my glans (the little visible part) and frenulum. This was before and after the Neosporin. Glans is extremely sensitive to touch, almost unbearable. Other than touching it, no pain or discomfort in normal circumstances: can masturbate and urinate with no problem.

2. After masturbating, my glans and frenulum gets redder, which is making me assume that maybe I should stop masturbating and just focus on stretching exercises? I masturbate 3 times a week approximately. Is masturbating helping or harming? editor note: people often dont admit the extent of their masturbation habits as they are embarrassed.

3. My Phimocure just arrived, and after hours of frustration I haven't been able to properly insert the smallest silicone tunnel of the kit. The sensation of the ring touching my frenulum leads to an instant excruciating sensation that makes me want to regret my purchase.

Yes, my opening is small, but I feel limited because the frenulum is attached right at the edge of the foreskin and the glans itself, making me think it's preventing any further retraction.

I was about to give up but I just can't, coming here is really my last resort. "

21yo black guy

He writes: "When I was younger, just discovering masturbation, I did the classic mistake- rubbing my boner against mattresses. How was I to know it would worsen my condition. Even now, when using my hand, I push the foreskin forward more than I pull it back. "

Editor Note:  Note that the tip of the foreskin seems quite red - as if he has been rubbing it a lot and applying a lot of pressure to it.  I believe this may cause phimosis.  See my other blog: http://uktightforeskin.blogspot.co.uk/

16 yo confirms my theory that masturbation may cause phimosis

Hi guys. I'm 16 and I've been jerking off most every day since I was around 10. I didn't really grasp (hah) how much of a problem it would be for me in the future but now I've looked at it and I'm ready to make a change. Also, prepare for TMI—I like to give the entire picture so you can understand what's going on.
I don't know if this is a thing, but I have a theory that masturbating irregularly (rubbing hand over pants/underwear and coming into them. Also I never masturbated with lube, only dry) caused my phimosis. It's pretty bad but it has been getting better. I first stopped the under-my-clothes masturbating to using my hand, then to lightly with only 2 fingers (no death grip), then finally I stopped altogether. I would say the first change happened... 7-8 months ago and I stopped altogether around 6 weeks ago.
My girlfriend and I started having sex a few months ago and, at first, I couldn't come nor could I keep an erection. At this point I was still masturbating each day. I decided that was my problem and stopped masturbating, but I had some relapses. I decided that it took about 4 days of being orgasm-free for me to be able to keep an erection through sex and over a week before I could come through sex. That solved my problems in some ways: I started to regain feeling in my dick (I'd never realized, before, how much sensitivity I'd lost) and blowjobs felt nicer. I never have been able to come from a blowjob, however.
Two weeks ago, my girlfriend went on birth control, and now we no longer need condoms. The first time we had sex without a condom I had been orgasm-free for probably 2, 3 weeks (she had been on vacation). This meant that I lasted, basically, about 20 minutes, about 2/3 to 1/2 the time I usually last. I was also much less... Vigorous(?) than normal. It wasn't as good for her, let's put it that way.
So you see I have the whole list of penis-related problems. Sometimes I can't come, other times I come too quickly. Sometimes I can't keep an erection. I have phimosis and probably some form of mild masturbation addiction. I basically suck at sex. Yay, me.
Here's my main question: would masturbating again regularly help me now that condoms aren't necessary, and help me last longer? Should I continue my nofap streak and just deal with it? What should I do? Any advice would be appreciated. I would like to keep my streak but I'm not sure. The whole point was to improve sex and regain feeling, but perhaps both could be achieved by a limited amount of masturbation?
Thanks guys. Also if this post would be better suited for another board, please, point me in that direction.

A user from reddit

Source: https://www.reddit.com/user/derpmander007

Editor note:  Looks like a lot of damage to the 3 spongy chambers of the penis.  His shaft is a lot thinner than the head - this indicates damage.  The actual angle of the glans isnt that bad so his phimosis isnt that bad and he can retract erect - albeit i would still class it as phimosis as there should be easy rolling of the foreskin and no bunching.  See my other blog for full explanation: www.uktightforeskin.blogspot.com

Video of masturbation technique that can damage the spongy chambers of the penis and cause phimosis

Source: http://adolescentexxx.tumblr.com/post/118431075533/kyokemokyo-lush-tight-foreskin-on-this-twink

Editor Note:  Things to note:  The underside of the penis - the corpus spongiosum - is very flat - it seems deflated.  You can see this when he takes his hand away at the 1:15 mark.  Another thing to note is the pronounced red line called the raphae.  A frequent feature of phimosis.  Again - a thing to note - is that there is no sign of a skin disease such as BXO/Lichen Sclerosus.

25 yo

He writes: I'm 25 and only had sex once, where I couldn't even orgasm because it was too painful for me to retract my foreskin while inside her. I've spoken to a doctor about this and he mentioned I have phimosis, and that my skin is supposed to pull all the way back without pain. It is also supposed to help desensitize the head as I do this. He mentioned trying on some cream and pull back the skin more and more daily. I have tried the daily pull back without the cream for about a month without progress. I am considering trying the cream but am worried this will make it worse because I noticed part of the skin has fused with the glans. It was always like this before I saw the doctor. I have always masturbated frequently by humping against blankets, sheets, and pillows, which I have read can cause this fusion. I've stopped doing it since.

I would like to ask if anyone has had similar problems and how they managed to fix it. Would greatly appreciate any resources you can share. I've recently got a girlfriend who I am very close with and want to be able to have sex her like a normal guy. Really don't want to do surgery however. Do I have other options?

Editor note: This is further proof of my theory that damage to the 3 spongy chambers of the penis from applying too much pressure in masturbation can lead to phimosis (http://uktightforeskin.blogspot.com).  Note that in his erect pics, the penis isnt very hard.  Another thing you may notice is the meatus (the peehole) is reddened - which is another common feature of phimosis.

Just starting out

Hello Forum,
I have 2 month of stretching behind me now, and so far the results are amazing. I can retract my foreskin now while flaccid and even when semi-erect. So I have the feeling that I am almost finished with this procedure but recently I have noticed a feeling of sharp pain when trying to pull back.

1) On the pictures that I have added here you can see that a certain “hourglass” effect is present, is there any way that this will completely disappear when I continue stretching?

2) What do I personally mean by stretching? First of all as I started out I had a very tiny opening and I stretched it by retracting the skin in flaccid state until I felt some resistance. This was in my opinion successful I basically used the glans as a resistance. With the Progress I changed from doing that in the erect state so I had more resistance and more girth. I did not use any other method I did not use a stretching device or some silicon rings, or the two finger method. Can I stick to my method or is it only useful when you want to achieve results for flaccid retraction?

3) Now I have changed my routine in the last 2 weeks. I have started to use Hydrocort Creme 0,25 % which can be bought without a recipe from the doctor. And I don’t know if it is just my imagination or if my skin did really “thin” out. I have stopped using this crème 2 days ago and just continued with my stretching routine (3 times a day for 15-20 minutes)

I also have reduced the amount of masturbation to once every 2 days so my skin gets less irritation from that but I somehow feel demotivated that all the effort I have put in the last 2 month have reached their limits and that I am stuck.
Should I make a break of two days to give the skin time to recover or should I continue my routine and ignore the pain? Can my progress be lost when I stop for 2 days? I basically had no breaks within the last 2 month

Editor note: His reduction in masturnation is likely why he has seen improvement.  Simple as that.

Strange looking penis

Well, it's finally time to tackle this wee problem, now that I've a significant other! I hope you fine folks can be of service to a bashful late bloomer~

I have a very tight, droopy overhanging foreskin, since as long as I can remember. For a long time I didn't even realize foreskins were supposed to be pulled back, and I thought it was normal, so I never got used to the idea, and now it's essentially stuck like this (see image). Now I realize how unhygienic and generally unwise it is, but I've got a bit of an issue pulling it back (thank god I DIDN'T need to get circumcised like the first doctor insisted). I know it's possible since I did go see a doctor about it a few years back and he did pull it back manually, but I haven't been able to really do so myself without feeling very uncomfortable. But it's time--I'm finally trying to overcome my anxiety over anything my-penis-related. Better late than never!

I guess my question is what I should do to make it less tight? Thanks~(Note: I currently live abroad, so I don't know if I'll have a ton of luck finding whatever medicine/specialist might be recommended, but I'll try my best)

Editor note:  I am guessing for his skin to be manipulated like that - he must have had a certain masturbation technique which pushed the foreskin forward - I talk about how this can cause phimosis in my other blog: http://uktightforeskin.blogspot.co.uk/
