Another pinhole case

The patient writes:  "I'm 18 and from the UK.

The hole has always been this small.

I used to masturbate A LOT back in the day and I started when I was about 11/12. For many years, I masturbated by tugging on my balls really hard until I orgasmed, which severely scarred my foreskin. Back then I used to masturbate 2+ times a day and I lasted like 5 minutes. The longest I've lasted is about 10 minutes.

However, very recently I have started to only masturbate once a week in order reduce the inflammation."

Another strange one

"It doesn’t hurt at all unless it gets forced back, and I don’t think it prevent me from doing anything haha except I obviously can’t ‘shoot’ when I cum

"Usually I’m soft when I piss and it just flows out pretty easily, my foreskin kind of ‘balloons’ a little bit. And when I cum is just kind is oozes out slowly and I squeeze the rest out"

"Thanks, I cum fairly normally, I just can’t ‘shoot’ like most guys, basically it just slowly ‘oozes’ out and I squeeze the rest out"

Small hole - just started phimocure rings

"Around a month ago I couldn't fit my pinky in the opening, but literally 10 minutes ago I saw my glans fully for the first time (exciting)! I know I have a long way to go, for a start there's still a bit of an hourglass shape but there's no discomfort.. And it's encouraging to see progress. Now to work towards being able to retract while erect! I have some questions though;

I have a feeling I've got frenulum breve, hard to be 100% when I can't see it when erect, but judging by these pictures do you think it's likely?

Also I've read the best way to stretch it is to get both sides of it, but I find it very uncomfortable, more painful than touching my glans.. Any advice? Or do I just have to bite the bullet and get on with it?

Secondly, like I said I know there's still a bit of an hourglass shape but is it normal for the skin to bunch behind the glans?"

Just began stretching

"Hello everyone my name is Andy and i'm 20 years old with phimosis. Growing up i was never thought how to retract foreskin. Surprised how my dad didn't even tell me anything about it. Anyway i've never been able to retract my foreskin. Unable to fully retract while flaccid or erect. A few days ago i started doing the stretches shown on the how to stretch page and i'm liking it so far. Although i can't even get my pinky inside yet, i just hold it on the sides when my two index fingers, but i can feel the stretches. I only had sex once and it didn't go well, the condom completlely killed my erection and was a nightmare and i'm really hoping things will change. I will be showing pictures below and as time goes on i will be showing my progress on the journey to cure phimosis.  "
Editor note:  Almost non existent underside spongy chamber (corpus spongiosum).  Very small penis.  This penis is likely damaged from masturbating which means blood flow during sleep erections which are supposed to last 2hrs arent effective at stretching it out.  See my other blog: www.uktightforeskin.blogspot.com

Possible Lichen Sclerosus

"Hi, I am 18 years old and I have just very recently been diagnosed with lichen Sclerosus and I have been prescribed a steroid cream (moderate) and been given a schedule to apply it, Applying it every night for a month, and then every other day for a month, and then once a week for a month on 12 week schedule while visiting my doctor each month. My Doctor thought it would be a good idea for circumcision as I have a very small opening as well but i said that is not happening and persuaded him not to get it done. So I am hoping my BXO clears up within the 3 months.
I have been researching this website and I seen a page saying a low oxalate diet is very helpful for lichen sclerosus so I am going to mix that up with my steroid cream routine to hopefully see good progress. Now what I'm wondering is has Lichen Sclerosus affected the tightness of my foreskin? as Im wondering if the opening will become bigger one the BXO has cleared up.
I have had a small/tight opening since I was about 11 years old as i remember vaguely being able to retract my foreskin fully with no problem and then I noticed white substance when I was around 15 years old and have only just been diagnosed with Lichen Sclerous the other day after years of wondering what it was. I am planning on doing the stretching techniques that are suggested on this page but should I start now or after the BXO has cleared up? And I have also found that some of the White substance (BXO) that lies on my inner foreskin is attached to the head and I am wondering if it will release once it clears up or if it is an adhesion but I do think I have an adhesion on the otherwise of the foreskin where 80% of the foreskin is attached and then when I lift my foreskin towards myself I see a small gap so I suspect an adhesion because my penis has been ballooning up for years. Any ideas on how to release it if it is? As only 20% of foreskin is not attacthed to the head.
I have tried to explain my condition as clear as possible and I am determined to have a fully retractable healthy penis.
Pic 1) this is the furthest my penis retracts when flaccid (look closely as its dark, the White substance (BXO) is lying on the foreskin Pic 2) if u zoom in or look closely you can see the lichen Sclerosus attached to the head Pic 3) look closely, this is showing the 20% gap I was talking about, the only part that is detached from the head of the penis, all the rest is attached/fused to the head."

Severe case

I'm 24 and have had phimosis for as long as I can remember.
The opening used to be slightly bigger, but now it's extremely frustrating as intercourse is quite hard (without injury) and ballooning is always apparent when urinating.

Editor Note:  The white part of the foreskin in the first picture indicates that this phimosis may be caused by the skin disease Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans, also called Lichen sclerosus.  Some say this is the most frequent cause of phimosis.  But most cases i see present without a skin disease.

26 Year Old

hey guys, 1 am 26 this year and this has been bothering me for some time. I think I have phimosis problem but dont know how serious that is. Do I need to do a circumcision? Cost aside, I simply cannot afford to take off day from work, and my work involve a lot of walking. Besides, I can't imagine the pleasure that I lose if I have my foreskin cut.

I consulted my GP but he seem clueless and have to search online for prescribing me betamethasone. Do you guys think I have to do a surgery?

Editor Note: Note the angle of the glans is facing downwards.  The Penis is quite Small. See my blog on how masturbation caused this: www.uktightforeskin.blogspot.com
