Guy recommends tips on stretching

So I'm an 18 year old who only recently found out I had phimosis (well, I always knew I had trouble stretching, I just didn't think you were supposed to), so, reading about the effects of warm water on the foreskin, I tried this: 

First I filled a cup with warm water. 
Then, I put my penis into the cup and left it there for a minute or so. 
After I did this, the skin was noticeably more relaxed, and therefore, more capable of stretching. I stretched the foreskin as much as I could without hurting, there, I could peel it back much more than I ever could (still not able to pull it out entirely), then I let it go back. 
I repeated the process for about twenty minutes or so I was extremely happy to see that I was able to stretch my foreskin entirely. After I did this I let it peel back, and, a thirty minutes or so after stopping, my foreskin became tight again, BUT less tighter than what it originally was (I was originally a type 3, with the meatus barely visible, to a type 2, with a partial retraction. I continued these exercises for a couple of weeks, with and without an erection and goodbye phimosis!! 

So, that's my method, just a few things to have in mind: 

1) A few minutes after managing to peel back the foreskin and stop the process for the first weeks, the foreskin will become tight again, BUT a lot less tighter, so don't be impacient and don't think it's not working! 

2) Do the method it's most comfortable to you, the two finger method was particularly uncomfortable for me, so I created this one.
