Guy wearing phimocure

Guy thinks masturbation might be cause of phimosis
He Writes:
"Hello again, I'm the stupid guy that used Neosporin on his foreskin for years (currently 28 years old). After opening a topic here, I followed Jim's advice and stopped using it. Handled the side-effects with Clotrimazole cream. Been ointment and cream free the last 1 and half years.Source: http://www.network54.com/Forum/244184/thread/1467888470/last-1467942833/I+won%27t+give+up.+Can%27t+insert+a+flesh+tunnel.+Please+help.
So, this is me:
- Right now I can only see 10-15 mm of the glans when I pull the foreskin (flaccid) all the way back.
- I have never ever been able to fully retract my flaccid nor erect penis; I have had this tight foreskin all my life.
- My foreskin's opening has slightly increased throughout the years, but in an extremely slow pace. Recently it stopped opening.
My problems:
1. I'm pretty sure I don't have a yeast or bacterial infection, yet I have had this slight redness on my glans (the little visible part) and frenulum. This was before and after the Neosporin. Glans is extremely sensitive to touch, almost unbearable. Other than touching it, no pain or discomfort in normal circumstances: can masturbate and urinate with no problem.
2. After masturbating, my glans and frenulum gets redder, which is making me assume that maybe I should stop masturbating and just focus on stretching exercises? I masturbate 3 times a week approximately. Is masturbating helping or harming? editor note: people often dont admit the extent of their masturbation habits as they are embarrassed.
3. My Phimocure just arrived, and after hours of frustration I haven't been able to properly insert the smallest silicone tunnel of the kit. The sensation of the ring touching my frenulum leads to an instant excruciating sensation that makes me want to regret my purchase.
Yes, my opening is small, but I feel limited because the frenulum is attached right at the edge of the foreskin and the glans itself, making me think it's preventing any further retraction.
I was about to give up but I just can't, coming here is really my last resort. "

Editor note: The hardened white skin is usually a sign of Lichen Sclerosus, also called Balanitis xerotica obliterans. Contrary to popular medical opinion I dont think this is the main cause of phimosis - I think it is to do with damage to the 3 spongy chambers of the penis, usually through masturbation. "Is it at all possible that for some reason Phimocure just wont work for some people? I've had the kit for around a month now with no results; Here is my story;Source: http://www.network54.com/Forum/244184/thread/1468954567/last-1469034019/Phimocure+just+not+working-
First unboxing, found the ring that fit me best, size 4 was easy enough to get in and also pretty easy to get out, 5 was very painful and even more painful to get out. I kept with 4 for a week, I would fit the ring in the morning before work, have it in for an hour and repeat this 2 more times throughout the day, applying the cream in the kit after removing the ring.
After a week I was getting restless with the lack of progress, so I started keeping the ring in for longer, until I had it in for 5 hours. Removing after this was very painful even though the ring was pretty loose and left lines on my Meatus, from this point, inserting the 4 was difficult, So I went down to the 3, that barely stayed in at all for a week.
I am again at the point of using the 4th ring, with the same routine as before, but the past week and a half have been the exact same, light pain for 20 seconds after putting in the ring, after an hour of wear, struggle to get out and painful.
Am I doing something wrong? I know that In the past 2 weeks I also accidently left the 4th in overnight (4 hours of sleep though) and woke up with irritation, but I didnt feel like I lost any progress.
Any guidance or tips would be extremely helpful.
Thanks "
