18 Year old guy thinks he has a skin infection

I am using for 3 weeks fluconazol but nothing has changed... that makes me doubt if it is a fungal infection. 
I think i have fungal infection because i just discovered i had phimosis and i am 18 so i haven't clean it for my whole life. I have a sexual relationship everyday but only 2 times oral without a condom and always had protected sex I don't know when it happened i never payed much attention to it... and just discovered i can look under my foreskin.

Okay so i have made some progress over the past few months. I can retract Flaccid & Erect(sometimes). Well sometimes when i retract flaccid it bulges under the foreskin. Is this Paraphimosis?

Guy complains of "adhesion"

When I was 14 I was masturbating and sudenlly I fekt a sharp pain in my penis. It bled a lot and I didnt know what happened. A few days latter, it got like some dark spots and it I noticed the adhesion. Now I'm 22 and I would like to know what to do, have you guys been here before? Can I cure this adhesion by pulling?

Editor note:  I notice that his spongy chambers - the 2 corpus cavernosa are a little wider on the "after" photos near the glans/head of penis. A little tight

Could you please clarify if I have phimotic ring and partial phimosis. During flassid I can roll over foreskin without a problems. However, while erected there is a tight skin ring around/behind the glans

A moderate case

when im flacid, i stretch to the maximum level and then comes errect. So i feel better skin tension and i thing this is better whay to stretch. because when im hard i cant pull the skin to that level like that way ? tnx
