Different case studies of phimosis (a tight foreskin). Mostly taken from network54 phimosis forum. See right panel for link to my other blog about my theory of how masturbation can cause phimosis.

Problems with phimocure
I am using Phimocure rings and I have some problems with them.
The recommended approach is to fold the ring in heart-like shape, insert and then let it expand. But I find that when I let it expand, it usually causes too much discomfort and stress. Also I have two flesh lumps on my foreskin (results of an older surgery, see my older post) which sometimes position themselves incorrectly, thus causing some noticeable pain when I let the ring expand.
So, to avoid shocking (and possibly tearing) my foreskin, I avoid the recommended folding technique and instead I stretch the skin over the rim. It takes so much effort because the rim has somewhat sharp edge and it's difficult to pull my foreskin over it, but after I'm done, I find that I can wear the ring for an hour or more with just some slight tension and without that pain which is caused by the official insertion technique.
The problem is that my insertion process takes too much fiddling and sometimes during the process my foreskin gets somewhat swollen and I cannot proceed on that day at all.
Another problem (mentioned by other people here) - sometimes the foreskin rolls over the second rim of the ring, thus making entire process inefficient. I can prevent it by stacking two rings, but the construction is not stable and sometimes it just breaks loose and slips out after some incautious body movement.
So, I thought that in my case it would be better to have longer rings with only one rim, which has some kind of narrower ascent, so I can position my foreskin freely around it and then slowly stretch over it. Mainly using novoglan
Editor note: His 2 corpus cavernosa and corpus spongiosum do see damaged. See my other blog on how excessive masturbation can damage the penis and cause phimosis: www.uktightforeskin.blogspot.com
