I dont have any difficulty retracting the foreskin. But, once the foreskin is retracted, the issue is that it is difficult to get back over the head of the penis. Its not uncomfortably tight, its just that it kind of gets trapped behind the corona of the glans. To my understanding (and correct me if Im wrong) the foreskin should be able to easily glide forward and backwards over the head of the penis.
For some reason, the foreskin on the left side of the penis is significantly tighter than the foreskin on the right (could be because of masturbating with the left hand)
It isnt impossible to get the foreskin back over the head of the penis. If I pull down on the shaft/foreskin, all the way back, the foreskin kind of unfolds so that the entire foreskin looks similar to the right-hand side of the penis in the first image, above.
However, if I get more aroused or close to organism, it becomes really difficult to move the foreskin at all, let alone get it back over the head (maybe because the penis is more swollen and the skin therefore becomes more taut).
I know I could get by without doing anything (as I have for most of my life), but it is really frustrating as I cant really use the foreskin once erect.
I thought maybe a way of fixing it would be to use the flesh tunnels mentioned on here. I bought a few of those, but Im not sure if they would help or loosen up the particular part of the foreskin that needs it. However, in all honesty, despite having one, I dont really understand how the foreskin works, so thought I would consult you guys. Is there any particular way I could address this problem and get the foreskin to be more loose or otherwise movable?

Guy makes home made stretcher
Hello, I don't really have a major phimosis problem, just sometimes foreskin can be a little tighter than I would like...
So anyway, in years gone by I tried finger stretching and found it hurt my fingers more than anything and could only manage 20-30 minute stretch. Recently I made my own stretcher and it works perfect and can wear it for ages, just sharing for you guys.
It's essentially just a mini metal spring clamp(the kind with rubber sleeves on the tips) like this that you can get from any hardware store.
The handle end is the end that does the stretching on my device but I guess either way would work. I removed the rubber tips from the clamp end and drilled a hole right through. Then insert a threaded bolt, and use a combination of 3 nuts. 2 nuts hold one side of the clamp onto the bolt, the other wing nut on the left is what controls the stretch and speeds and closes the clamp. I have used 2 wing nuts and 1 normal nut but you only need 1 wing nut really.
The two blobs of black stuff on the sides are simply silicone sealant and they just stop the foreskin sliding down the clamp.
total cost about $4.

He says he has a yeast infection. I don't know if this is true.
Hey guys, well I turned 18 a few months ago and thought that I might aswell fix this problem with my foreskin where it's really tight and has cracked skin and also what looks like stretch marks on it and after intercourse, it really hurts and stings.
I have read this forum before and I am quite sure I have a yeast infection so I went and bought canestan anti-fungal cream which has clotrimazle in it and have been applying it for the past 2 or 3 weeks. The dry cracked skin on the outside of my foreskin hasn't really had any progress in going away to be honest and after applying the cream for a while and having sex with my partner it has come back to the beginning. I can't apply the cream directly onto my penis as of my pinhole phimosis. I don't wanna try stretching until I have completely gotten rid of the yeast infection as I heard that it may delay the process. I don't know what to do really as I'm at the age where circumcision would be a major inconvenience to my life right now.
Any tips on what I should do ? If I should keep applying the cream or what ? Thanks heaps

Mature female has phimosis fetish
Hello
I got motivated to share my opinion after lurking here for a while, just to add another perspective to the subject matter of this great, informative forum... and I have a confession, I'm a mature female and I absolutely love phimosis... right to the point that I can only find beautiful, sexy and appealing a penis with very, very tight foreskin (and thanks to the internet I know that I'm far from being alone in this).
This fascination has been growing since my early experiences with my first boyfriend back in my teens. I remember the first time I saw his penis: I thought it was the sexiest, cutest and most exciting sight of my life (needless to say, being "his" penis, that was initially enough for me to find it beautiful), but as we explored sex, I came to appreciate that long tight foreskin covering the head, ending on a tight tapered little snout which would never retract at all... we enjoyed quite memorable sexy times together for months until he ended becoming circumcised, obviously pressured by the so-called "professional opinions"... as I was young and naïve in sex back then, I didn't managed to convince him to not do it, despite the fact his phimosis never caused pain... he was convinced that he had to become "normal", and well... afterwards I sorely missed his old manhood, and in the erotic field, things would never be as exciting as before... then if I have a honest say in the matter, yes, I think circumcision ruins the penis, changing it from a fully sensitive erotic organ into a mechanical "tool", if the comparison makes sense...
I've had my share of partners since that early days, obviously with a marked preference towards uncut, but the more experienced I became, the more I liked the phimosis penis... I think there are another aspects into it as well; there is something deeply beautiful in the eroticism of a man with phimosis... his whole approach of sex can be inmensely caring and sensitive, never taking anything for granted, more willing to explore a girl orally, to massage and touch, and being in general more considerate and best lover than other guys, and despite the special care one has to have as a partner when handling a virility with tight foreskin, I decided that if the moment came to pick a definitive lover and companion, I'd want him to have phimosis.
Of course, I know that for some men is a problem when the foreskin is semi-tight and gets forced back and causes pain (and that's when the stretching is the most useful and the perfect approach, never resorting into any cutting), or when there are other skin complications like lychen or bxo... but those are specific conditions, and I feel is unfair to put all phimosis in the same badge. I really praise the dedication put by the administrators into this resource, helping to end so many misconceptions and prejudices and saving men from a nasty, unnecessary mutilation... big hearts to you all
Okay... on an end note, I just wanted to reassure you, all you guys who come here and share your concerns and experiences, that you are as much fit for sex, desire and eroticism as any other male, and also make a case that a natural tight foreskin is normal and is erotic, exciting and desirable and doesn't have to be looked nor perceived as any disease nor deformity... is part of the wonderful differences present in nature, and there will certainly be partners willing to enjoy it as it is, intact and tight.
kisses and best wishes to all x x

24 yo trying out phimocure
"I'm 24 and just recently dicovered I have phimosis.
I'm sure I only have a mild case of phimosis in comparison to some of the guys here. Up until recently my foreskin would just move along the glans during sex and I never had any issue with it. Except for the last time I went to have sex and experienced a somewhat painful erection when the foreskin retracted behind the corona and got stuck (temporarily). After a quick googlein' that led me to these forums and in turn the Phimocure strecthing rings.
I've had my Phimocure kit for about a month now and have noticed some awesome results. The problem for me is that I'm already on the largest ring size for stretching and not noticing much improvement in retraction when erect. I no longer have painful erections, but the foreskin still gets a little hung up on the corona once it retracts back past the glans. When it comes to inserting the rings I've had some issues with it as they can be very difficult to have stay in place. I have found that if I use 2 rings inside my foreskin (smaller on the bottom, bigger on top) my phimotic ring will stay in the ridge of the top ring. Don't know why, but this seems to work possibly because my frenulum is shorter than it should be. Nothing a little stretching cant fix!
I still have a ways to go, the ring size phimocure goes up to is 30mm, and after some brief maths I found out I'll need a ring size about 44mm to have my foreskin move freely about the shaft. I've since put an order in for some silicone flesh tunnels to help me reach my goal size. My results so far are encouraging, can't believe I ever considered circumcision as a cure for my situation. "
My daily regimen consists of manual stretching every morning after my shower and then again at night before I go to bed. After my morning stretches (stretching the phimotic ring for 1min, then my frenulum for 1min, 3 minute break, repeat 3 or 4 times) I then insert the rings (30mm against glans, 28mm on top - currently) and wear them for the rest of the day. I'm at a bit of stall when it comes to progressing, as I don't yet have any rings bigger than 30mm. I have some on order and should be back to actually stretching with the rings in a couple of weeks.
I was going to try and explain my insertion method for the rings, but its hard to explain and as I wrote it out, it got to be quite confusing. I'll try to get around to taking some pictures of the insertion steps I take. Doesn't take me very long at all any more. 5 minutes tops."

Notes: Never stretched. "On a side note, I noticed that my penis bends to the left and that the right side seems to jut out more than the left; furthermore, it's as if my penis is "rotated" to the left (the urethral opening isn't parallel to the ground if I stand up and is slightly angled)"

20 yo Black male with mild phimosis
"Been stretching for a week now but not sure when to expect results. cant get 2 fingers in. have never been able to retract, flaccid or erect."
On Masturbation technique:
"my 'technique' is actually described by Michel Beauge. it is 'stroke the glans through the foreskin in the usual way, but attempt to pull the skin towards the tip of the penis instead of pulling it back toward the pubis'.
i am now holding my hands so that the inner joints of my fingers are around the head, and am pulling down. i think i read somewhere that this is the method Michel Beauge recommended (please correct me if i am wrong)."
Things to note about this case:
Note the Inflamed meatus (pee hole). This seems common to many phimosis cases.
Note the cracked appearance of the skin. Was this caused by a certain masturbation technique? Applying too much pressure? Rubbing the foreskin forward? When question on masturbation technique, he said he "stroked" the glans through the foreskin.
