Ive tried stretching - am I normal yet?

I mentioned in my other thread that I had this red blotch on my glans that hasn't gone away. I have tried many antifungal creams, and I've since been in 3 rounds of antibiotics for other infections, so there is no way I still have an active infection in that area. Any idea what this is? It isn't itchy or anything.. just a cosmetic issue.

Also, does this look like a normal adhesion between foreskin and glans, or is this an adhesion I can peel off to get further retraction? It is past the glans, so it doesn't really cause problems.. but if I'll get even more retraction by dealing with this then I would like to deal with it.

Finally, I think my frenulum is still too tight/short! Should I go back to my stretches? I would say that it is the main reason why I cannot retract erect as much as I'd like.

Editor note: Whiteness looks like lichen sclerosus

Severe case

I'm 24 and have had phimosis for as long as I can remember.
The opening used to be slightly bigger, but now it's extremely frustrating as intercourse is quite hard (without injury) and ballooning is always apparent when urinating.

Editor Note:  The white part of the foreskin in the first picture indicates that this phimosis may be caused by the skin disease Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans, also called Lichen sclerosus.  Some say this is the most frequent cause of phimosis.  But most cases i see present without a skin disease.
