Just began stretching

"Hello everyone my name is Andy and i'm 20 years old with phimosis. Growing up i was never thought how to retract foreskin. Surprised how my dad didn't even tell me anything about it. Anyway i've never been able to retract my foreskin. Unable to fully retract while flaccid or erect. A few days ago i started doing the stretches shown on the how to stretch page and i'm liking it so far. Although i can't even get my pinky inside yet, i just hold it on the sides when my two index fingers, but i can feel the stretches. I only had sex once and it didn't go well, the condom completlely killed my erection and was a nightmare and i'm really hoping things will change. I will be showing pictures below and as time goes on i will be showing my progress on the journey to cure phimosis.  "
Editor note:  Almost non existent underside spongy chamber (corpus spongiosum).  Very small penis.  This penis is likely damaged from masturbating which means blood flow during sleep erections which are supposed to last 2hrs arent effective at stretching it out.  See my other blog: www.uktightforeskin.blogspot.com

white ring

"I had phimosis since my teenage years but I managed to stretch it to the point I can fully retract behind glans even when erected. But when I have 100% erection I need to use some force to retract it even further behind glans. Also I noticed some white scar-like ring around the tighest point of frenulum. Is it possible to get rid of it? I'm already using some ointment for scars to prevent further development of those scars (but i'm not sure if they're scars). Also I looked into sticky thread "Phimosis 90% cured" and is it possible this could be conditions of BXO?"
"Sorry! I was sure frenum band is called frenulum, my mistake! Skin where the ring is seems tight and not very elastic. Also after intensive sex with my girlfriend skin where the ring is seems to be kind of damaged and reddish and therefore i think this might be causing scars but im not sure. "

Editor note: Is this scarring caused by stretching rings/phimocure rings?

Guy using stretching method

So, basically I've been stretching the frenar band and can now fit five fingers inside with some tightness (only using two due to holding camera...). From the pictures below, does the foreskin look loose enough to you that it would retract over the glans without issue or would you recommend further stretching? My original plan was to be able to fit seven/eight in there before attempting retraction – as it stands it feels like I would need to force it a little – it won't just easily glide over.
So, in this image (the lighting is a bit poor so frenulum highlighted in blue, extra skin in red), you can see that next to the frenulum there is a small piece of skin that is attached to the glans, i.e. the frenulum is not the only thing holding the glans to my foreskin. Is this normal?

18 year old just pulled back his foreskin for the first time - report

"[No Regrets]: So this is embarrassing, but has completely blown my mind. Earlier I was reading about a thing called 'phimosis' in which guys are unable to pull their foreskin over the head of their penis. For some reason it never occurred to me that this was a thing we were supposed to be able to do. In fact, the thought of my foreskin being pulled back that far always made me cringe since I didn't think it was supposed to happen, so up until now I've avoided doing it.
So skip ahead to not even an hour ago, I decide to give it a try. Sure enough, I pull back my foreskin and there's the head of my penis which I've never in my life seen the whole of before. I'm genuinely shocked; I feel like I've discovered a whole new part to my body I've never seen before. Honestly it still makes me cringe and it was a little uncomfortable, so I've only done it once so far. I'm hoping that's just something I'll get over soon.
The super embarrassing part is that having never pulled my foreskin back in 18 years, there was some pretty disgusting gunk hiding away in there. It smelt bad too. I suppose after 18 years of never being cleaned, it starts to build up.
Edit: Didn't expect so much of a reaction to this. Thanks for the comments of support, it's comforting to know I'm not the only one that discovered this late. Also thanks to the comments calling me disgusting and unhygienic or calling me a liar. Not really sure how to respond to that, it's true, but I'm not exactly about to try and prove it either.
Also yes, it is now clean and will be kept clean from here on out.

Using phimocure rings

A few months ago, I discovered that I have Phimosis. I have been stretching for two months now, initially using Glansie and later using the Phimocure rings. I have uploaded a few images to understand my state/severity of Phimosis and to confirm if I'm using the rings correctly.
I do feel the opening is widening. With every passing week, I'm able to retract more and more but I'm afraid of para phimosis and hence hold the skin around the glan edge / ridge to ensure the tight band doesn't go past it.

Can only retract when flaccid

"For those that viewed the pictures, is my foreskin meant to retract any further than the head or is that far enough, i understand that everyones different but is that the minimum. Also any information on what the darker bit on the head is that is like a ring with white dots"

Possible Lichen Sclerosus

"Hi, I am 18 years old and I have just very recently been diagnosed with lichen Sclerosus and I have been prescribed a steroid cream (moderate) and been given a schedule to apply it, Applying it every night for a month, and then every other day for a month, and then once a week for a month on 12 week schedule while visiting my doctor each month. My Doctor thought it would be a good idea for circumcision as I have a very small opening as well but i said that is not happening and persuaded him not to get it done. So I am hoping my BXO clears up within the 3 months.
I have been researching this website and I seen a page saying a low oxalate diet is very helpful for lichen sclerosus so I am going to mix that up with my steroid cream routine to hopefully see good progress. Now what I'm wondering is has Lichen Sclerosus affected the tightness of my foreskin? as Im wondering if the opening will become bigger one the BXO has cleared up.
I have had a small/tight opening since I was about 11 years old as i remember vaguely being able to retract my foreskin fully with no problem and then I noticed white substance when I was around 15 years old and have only just been diagnosed with Lichen Sclerous the other day after years of wondering what it was. I am planning on doing the stretching techniques that are suggested on this page but should I start now or after the BXO has cleared up? And I have also found that some of the White substance (BXO) that lies on my inner foreskin is attached to the head and I am wondering if it will release once it clears up or if it is an adhesion but I do think I have an adhesion on the otherwise of the foreskin where 80% of the foreskin is attached and then when I lift my foreskin towards myself I see a small gap so I suspect an adhesion because my penis has been ballooning up for years. Any ideas on how to release it if it is? As only 20% of foreskin is not attacthed to the head.
I have tried to explain my condition as clear as possible and I am determined to have a fully retractable healthy penis.
Pic 1) this is the furthest my penis retracts when flaccid (look closely as its dark, the White substance (BXO) is lying on the foreskin Pic 2) if u zoom in or look closely you can see the lichen Sclerosus attached to the head Pic 3) look closely, this is showing the 20% gap I was talking about, the only part that is detached from the head of the penis, all the rest is attached/fused to the head."

Can retract flaccid but not erect

"I noticed I couldn't retract my foreskin when I was about 15 or so. I knew my penis wasn't a 100% normal, but I could still masturbate without pain so I didn't really bother me. I've also been sexually active since I was about 18 and have full penetrative intercourse a number of times, none of which really "hurt", instead it just wasn't all that great: Climaxing felt good, as did seeing a girl squirm and spasm uncontrollably during (and approaching) orgasm, but during the... 'in and out' phase, I feel relatively little stimulation.
Lately I've been reading up on Phimosis and am pretty sure I have it. Or at least I would be if it wasn't for a few things:
1- I can retract my foreskin when my penis isn't erect, it's only when I'm 'standing tall' that it's impossible.
2- Sex and masturbation don't hurt at all, neither does retracting the foreskin as far as it will go.
3- When I pull back my foreskin when I'm flacid, I have a weird elastic bit of skin that connects my helmet to the tight ring of skin causing problems. This makes me thing I might have Frenulum Breve, but I'm still not sure.
Anyway, that's the present situation. I was wondering if anyone had any tips and tricks for treatment/cure? I have some mild steroid cream (Betnovate Ointment) I''m going to try applying, as well as a few daily stretching exercises. Also, I read about certain masturbation techniques designed to help with Phimosis, does any one have any details?
And now for pictures!: I wasn't sure these were necessary but seeming as I'm not a hundred 100% sure of my diagnosis I should provide some visuals... sorry guys."

Editor Note: All this guy has to do is to stop masturbating and allow repair to happen. See my other blog: http://uktightforeskin.blogspot.co.uk/
