Hard flaccid MRI scans prove my theory that masturbation can damage the 3 spongy chambers?

Compare the corpus spongiosum in the normal penis to the damaged hard flaccid penises.  In the damaged hard flaccid penises the corpus spongiosum gets noticably thinner wheras with the normal penis it stays the same width.

Guy who reduced masturbation and saw progress

He writes:

Finally got around to getting my foreskin to stretch past my glands. It’s still very tight but after a month I’d say this is definitely progress of continual stretching in the shower + limited masturbation.

He has diabetes and so got balinitis. One of few people who followed my method of not masturbating.  Not sure my method is enough for acquired phimosis. But can’t harm. The moderator chose to delete his comment. The moderator banned me from r/phimosis for advocating my method of not masturbating.

Another pinhole case

The patient writes:  "I'm 18 and from the UK.

The hole has always been this small.

I used to masturbate A LOT back in the day and I started when I was about 11/12. For many years, I masturbated by tugging on my balls really hard until I orgasmed, which severely scarred my foreskin. Back then I used to masturbate 2+ times a day and I lasted like 5 minutes. The longest I've lasted is about 10 minutes.

However, very recently I have started to only masturbate once a week in order reduce the inflammation."
