"Hi my girlfriend and I are discussing having sex for the first time and I am curious whether or not this is enough retraction without it hurting? Here are 2 pics in flaccid and hard state. 

I can roll the foreskin further down when hard but the foreskin rolls down , it doesn't glide down easily. 
Also at this stage if I had sex would I just have the foreskin over the gland when putting on the condom or do I roll it back? Thanks!"
