Had phimosis now worried about short frenulum (frenulum breve)

16 yo confirms my theory that masturbation may cause phimosis

Hi guys. I'm 16 and I've been jerking off most every day since I was around 10. I didn't really grasp (hah) how much of a problem it would be for me in the future but now I've looked at it and I'm ready to make a change. Also, prepare for TMI—I like to give the entire picture so you can understand what's going on.
I don't know if this is a thing, but I have a theory that masturbating irregularly (rubbing hand over pants/underwear and coming into them. Also I never masturbated with lube, only dry) caused my phimosis. It's pretty bad but it has been getting better. I first stopped the under-my-clothes masturbating to using my hand, then to lightly with only 2 fingers (no death grip), then finally I stopped altogether. I would say the first change happened... 7-8 months ago and I stopped altogether around 6 weeks ago.
My girlfriend and I started having sex a few months ago and, at first, I couldn't come nor could I keep an erection. At this point I was still masturbating each day. I decided that was my problem and stopped masturbating, but I had some relapses. I decided that it took about 4 days of being orgasm-free for me to be able to keep an erection through sex and over a week before I could come through sex. That solved my problems in some ways: I started to regain feeling in my dick (I'd never realized, before, how much sensitivity I'd lost) and blowjobs felt nicer. I never have been able to come from a blowjob, however.
Two weeks ago, my girlfriend went on birth control, and now we no longer need condoms. The first time we had sex without a condom I had been orgasm-free for probably 2, 3 weeks (she had been on vacation). This meant that I lasted, basically, about 20 minutes, about 2/3 to 1/2 the time I usually last. I was also much less... Vigorous(?) than normal. It wasn't as good for her, let's put it that way.
So you see I have the whole list of penis-related problems. Sometimes I can't come, other times I come too quickly. Sometimes I can't keep an erection. I have phimosis and probably some form of mild masturbation addiction. I basically suck at sex. Yay, me.
Here's my main question: would masturbating again regularly help me now that condoms aren't necessary, and help me last longer? Should I continue my nofap streak and just deal with it? What should I do? Any advice would be appreciated. I would like to keep my streak but I'm not sure. The whole point was to improve sex and regain feeling, but perhaps both could be achieved by a limited amount of masturbation?
Thanks guys. Also if this post would be better suited for another board, please, point me in that direction.

First time retracting in bath

He writes: So a few hours ago i was taking a bath and i pulled my foreskin back and it actually retracted for the first time ever. When it retracted i had a hard time getting it back over the glands because the skin is still tight so i guess i had a small case of paraphimosis. It was left retracted for about 10 minutes before i finally managed to get the foreskin back over. While it was retracted i was getting unwanted semi erections which was the last thing i wanted since i couldn't even get the skin back over, is this normal? This took me 7 long months of constant stretching just to get to this point. But I'm still not done yet

Questions
1. Should i avoid retracting for now to prevent paraphimosis because i'm scared i won't be able to return the foreskin over especially if i get erect while foreskin is retracted then it would not look good in my opinion.
2. What's the easiest way to get rid of the smegma? I tried to remove when it retracted with the warm water but no help. I can't even touch my glands because it's super sensative so that's not really a option to remove it.

First time retraction

It's pretty tight but it's the first time I have see my glans in 26 years
Does anyone have any advice for cleaning and it's kinda sensitive to touch.

Editor note:  The extreme sensitivity is often caused by damage to the glans blood vessels  by a masturbation technique that exerts a lot of pressure.  See sidebar for my other blog on how masturbation is the main cause of adolescent phimosis.

Possible frenulum breve (short frenulum)

The patient writes:
Hey,
I'm 23 and only this year realised that the foreskin is meant to fully retract when hard (never told otherwise and I guess I presumed all guys in porn were corcumcised, silly me!). So initially I thought I had phimosis as my foreskin won't fully retract when hard, but having tried phimocure for 2/3 months with no noticeable difference I looked further into foreskin problems and came across the frenulum breve condition.

So my fpreskin retracts fine when flaccid but when hard (as images show) it will only retract that far before it really starts to pull on my frenulum and really put it in pain. In the last image yoo can see where the frenulum starts to turn white a little when I retract as hard as I can under the pressure.

Whenever I've had sex my fpreskin stays on which then takes me an hour to ejaculate or most the time my penis goes floppy mid flow. So it's really annoying for me and I just want to get to the bottom of the problem.

So looking at my photos, would you say that my frenulum looks short?

Ideally I'd like to hear from someone who's been through similar situations and found a fix for it. I've tried stretching for a week or so and not made all that much of a difference, but still early days. I wouldn't be against a frenuloplasty if it would help?.

Thanks guys
