Pee hole red on each side

I am 14 and uncircumcised. Firstly, my foreskin still does not retract, it only retracts so that I can see the whole tip of the head. Also when I look at the tip, my pee hole is slightly red on either side. Is this normal? Also I see many fordyce spots when I try to retract my foreskin. Is all this normal?

Editor Notes: This seems to be common among phimosis cases.  Has masturbating with a technique that applies a lot of pressure caused this?  Is it because the peehole is closed and when you ejaculate there is a blockage which bursts the urethra?

Man with Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans (BXO) or Lichen Sclerosus Atrophicus (LSA)

After yesterday's stretching session the scar tissue has become whiter. Is this good or bad? - Is quite tense to the touch (if I try to pull it back for instance). I believe the scar was caused by Yeast infection.

The opening has shrunken since yesterday and "hurts" if i pull back anything (I guess the muscle that regulates the opening want to keep it still for a while and that the tissue is inflamed[?]).

Diagnosed with LSA/BXO by GP (not dermatologist)

Treatment is dermovat, flesh tunnels, manual finger stretching, olive oil, occasionally 96% Aloe Vera. Works well.

25 Year old

<<<These are pearly penile papules. Nothing to worry about

I'm a 25 year old and have been stretching using the phimocure kit. I have seen progress but i was wondering could i get an opinion on what my condition is?

I think my frenulum must be short. does it look like more of a tight foreskin issue or a short frenulum issue?
A couple of pictures show some small red dots on the glans. I dont know what these are. It may be a result of the glans being exposed to more touching.

I would be greatful to get a second opinion on this.

Editor Notes: Not sure what the red spots are.  Could be burst blood vessels from applying too much pressure.  Other opinions welcome.  Pearly penile papules (the white spots around the corona) are harmless and nothing to be concerned about.

Can retract when flaccid. Bunching of the foreskin

I have a somewhat tight foreskin, i'm able to retract it easily when not erect, but it kind of bunches up behind the glans and does not roll back by itself, I have to roll it back in place although this is not uncomfortable or difficult (not sure if this is normal?).
When erect it does not roll back over the glans 'automatically', I can fully retract it but it isn't very comfortable. It retracts maybe half a cm over the glans without me pulling it back myself. There are some pictures below to show what I mean.
I've had sex without too much issue, although am always quite embarrassed by it. Any advice would be really appreciated, should I be doing stretching exercises, is my foreskin unusually tight?
Thanks in advance.

Editor Notes: Not a severe case.  But seems to be putting a lot of pressure on the shaft of the penis.  It is my advice that you should reduce masturbation and when you do dont put too much pressure on the penis.

53 year old acquired phimosis from yeast infection

Hi All,

After a month of using phimocure rings I thought I'd report on my results.

I've a slightly tight foreskin for as long as I can remember (I'm 53), I fact I think I was in my 20s before I actually realised it was supposed to retract - pre internet and in the porn mags I looked at I assumed the men where the glans could be seen must have been circumsised !

Whenever I have sex my foreskin would always stay retracted behind the corona and would need a tug to bring back over the glans. Then about a month ago I got thrush. My girfriend gave me some cream and that cleared it up after a few days - but my foreskin was left tight, I think that was partly due to the thrush but also due to the fact I'd only met this girl recently and we were having frequent and very vigorous sex ! Anyway that's when I thought I'd give the phimocure rings a try.

I started on the 3rd smallest and today I am using the 2nd largest for the first time. When flaccid my foreskin is now sliding back effortlessly, but when fully erect there is still a slight tightness when it passes over the corona. I'm hopeful when I progress the largest ring there will be no tightness at all. I'm particularly looking forward to experience 'gliding' when masturbating and having sex, although I have read that some men don't like the gliding action. Does anyone have views or experience of not being able to glide and becoming able to ?

I think the largest size ring may to the trick for me (I'm quite small) but I can imagine they are not large enough for larger penises.

I see a lot of people on here having trouble inserting the rings, I to struggled with the recommended technique of folding the rings prior to inserting then snapping them open - I couldn't get the larger rings to snap into place. What I do now is to massage some lube into my retracted foreskin (becoming semi-erect), I then push the (unfolded) ring onto my glans and with my other hand roll my foreskin over the ring. I realise this may not work in very tight cases - but it seems to work for me.

After 2 months - still can't retract

What am I doing wrong? I still can't insert two fingers inside so I grab both ends of the foreskin and pull.

Video showing incorrect masturbation technique that causes phimosis

Do you have a masturbation technique like this?  Do you apply a lot of pressure to the tip of the foreskin or rub it forward with your finger, thumb, or hand?  If so visit my blog for detailed instructions on how to cure phimosis caused by masturbation technique: http://uktightforeskin.blogspot.co.uk/

Another case

After a few weeks of washing, i noticed there's some smegma left under my frenulum, and whenever i try to rub and wash, i feel a weird pain sensation.

18 year old

My key worries with my penis, and why I think stretching may not work, are that firstly my frenulum is extremely short and would require growth of about 2 inches to function properly. This is probably about 500-600% growth and seems slightly unrealistic. Secondly I seem to have scaring around the band of my foreskin that suggests to me it won't stretch properly. The NHS website suggests that skin conditions may cause phismosis, and I do suffer from heat rash, mild eczema ocassionally and asthma which is linked (this may or may not be relevant). Should I get a circumcision?

Editor Notes: In this case you can see the red meatus (peehole) which nearly all phimosis cases have.  I hazard a guess that this is caused by damage done while masturbating.  I do not think it is inflammation caused by a disease.  Whatever the cause is, it isn't a normal thing - and may be key to understanding phimosis.  Another feature seen in most cases is the dark line called the raphae.  Other things to note about this case is that the top of the foreskin looks very red and raw.  Has he been rubbing on it or applying too much pressure to it?  If so that may be the cause of his phimosis.

26 Year Old

hey guys, 1 am 26 this year and this has been bothering me for some time. I think I have phimosis problem but dont know how serious that is. Do I need to do a circumcision? Cost aside, I simply cannot afford to take off day from work, and my work involve a lot of walking. Besides, I can't imagine the pleasure that I lose if I have my foreskin cut.

I consulted my GP but he seem clueless and have to search online for prescribing me betamethasone. Do you guys think I have to do a surgery?

Editor Note: Note the angle of the glans is facing downwards.  The Penis is quite Small. See my blog on how masturbation caused this: www.uktightforeskin.blogspot.com

22yo black guy worried phimosis linked to his small penis

Hey Guys,
I visited this forum around a month ago. I am 22 years of age and I have not been able to retract my foreskin when erect. When it is flaccid, i can retract my foreskin a little bit past the top of the penis head. The head is extremely sensitive. I started the stretching exercises everyday since i visited the Forum a month ago. I have been able to gradually put two fingers inside my foreskin while in the beginning i could only fit 1 and had a little remaining space.
I did have sex one time before with a condom and this was around age 18. I didnt really know much about having to pull the foreskin back and stuff because my parents didnt teach me and i didnt really notice much before. When i did have sex with the condom, i remember my foreskin getting pulled back forcefully during sex and it hurt like a mother fucker. i wasnt able to Cum when i did it with her and i received a lot of embarrassment from that time so ive kind of stayed away from sexual encounters since then.

Pic 1 (Flaccid, state when i stretch it back a bit. )

Pic 2- (Flaccid, trying to pull it back. starts to tighten up around this area. i can pull it back a bit further than this to expose most of the head however it does hurt) This is where i take the hole that appears and lift it up from the penis and stretch it with my index finger

Pic 3- (Semi Erect, but this is the most i can pull it back when it is erect.

I went to a urologist yesterday and he took a look at my penis and recommended that I definitely need a circumcision. Said it would be only an hour and It would save me a lot of time and trouble. He also said that in my case, he doesnt think that the stretching exercises with steroid cream will do much because my foreskin has been 'longstanding.' basically he said that for the past 22 years I havent been able to pull it back and the stretching will take a long time and results wont be guaranteed. When i pulled it back for him at his urology office, he said that there is a tight ring around my penis and that stretching wont help fix the ring because it has become very tight. I cited some of the problems with circumcision that i read online and he said that in my case, its best if i do get it done and that some of the stuff online is a bit quirky and wont give the fast benefit.
I currently have a girl that I like but im really afraid to ask her out. Mostly cause of this issue. This problem is affecting my entire love life and its kinda sad. please let me know some advice!
Ive read through several pages and looked for some help but would like some help with my own special case

When i do stretch, im not exactly sure if im stretching the top part of my foreskin or the ring. Like i see the area where the skin is the smallest in diameter and assume thats where i stretch it. However its hard at times to find it entirely and i dont know for sure if im exercising the right part of the fore skin. Also i feel i have a LOT of skin at times when i try to pull it and stretch and it gets caught up(a lot of foreskin skin). The way i stretch is to pull it back when its flaccid so i see the hole and then pull it up and try to get a finger inside. Then i try to add an extra finger and do the stretch the way it is on the front page.
here are a few pics etc
