Moderate case

I'm 19 years old and i've been having problems with my penis since I was around 12-13. My foreskin used to be extremely tight, but when I was around 13 I managed to pull it back. Ever since then though, I have noticed that while most men can pull back fully so that the foreskin folds back, I cannot. Here are picture examples, with the first being pulled back to its greatest extent while flaccid and the second while erect.  I'm unsure if this is normal or is is some abnormality, maybe a mostly cured form of phimosis or something. Admittedly i've never had penetrative sex so I don't know what effect this would have on it, but I imagine it would not be good, especially trying to do it with the condom. I notice when I pull back quite hard, the frenulum pulls the glans forward slightly. It may also be the cause of another problem, which is hygiene of the area. I struggled for years with smegma build up and smell despite washing everyday, the only way to keep it clean is to thoroughly scrub under the foreskin with warm water at least 2-3 times a day and then dry...even then it is not guaranteed to be clean and I wonder if the first problem influences the second. This is the first time anyone but myself has known about these problems and i've never seen a doctor before about them.

Guy worried about veins

The patient writes: Hey guys I've been aware that i have phimosis for a while now, and have made progress and can now fully retract my foreskin whilst flaccid however i am very worried about the number of veins appearing in my foreskin. Ever since i started stretching they have seemed to be getting worse and I'm worried that they in themselves may cause further complications. is this normal? (pics in urls below)

Alternative stretching device

The patient writes: As you can see this is my device and my stretching method. I hope I'm doing it right.
One of the PIC is what it looks like after stretching for 5 mins. Then I'd apply the betameth.. Cream

It slightly pains due to the tension of the device but I control it with my pressure using my fingers and slowly introduce more stretch by loosening the grip of the device.

As you can also see the vein is running right on the tight area of the foreskin basically the tip of the foreskin. Does this vein get stretched as well without surgery? I know skin will stretch but that vein?

Am I on the right track please? Thank you.
