Not that bad case - DIY stretching device

My biggest problem is that after sex or after long handjob of my girl - the skin gets very injured and then this happens:

18yo guy

Hi, I'm 18 years old and I want to finally be able to retract my foreskin when erect.

Here are two pictures of my penis, erect. This is as far down as my foreskin goes.

Before I start, can you see any visible issues on my penis? I heard that it was common for men who don't retract often to have a yeast infection. Do I have one of those?

Finally, could someone with lots of experience give me an estimate on how long (weeks? months?) it might take before I can masturbate normally/have sex normally? I would really love an estimate, I feel like it would really help to motivate me.

Thank you

20yo guy - bunches behind glans

I'm almost 20 now and I've always had a tight foreskin. Before finding this forum today I've been soaking my foreskin in warm-hot water and just holding it as far back as I comfortably can, after which I rub in some cream and repeat this once or twice a day. I've just read the post on here about stretching using two fingers inside the foreskin and I'm going to follow that from now on.
Anyway I just wanted to ask, is it common for people to have problems with paraphimosis and phimosis? I can, with about a minute of stretching, relatively easily get my foreskin past my glans when flaccid. However there's always a slight increase in blood flow and it gets stuck. I can push it back but now I'm nervous to retract it because I think that getting an erection when its stuck behind the glans could do serious damage.
When retracted I notice these small white lumps that I routinely try to remove, is this smegma or soemthing I need to worry about? Some are visible in this picture taken just after stretching where the foreskin got stuck http://imgur.com/uEov0HQ
I was also wondering if anyone knows approximately how long it will take to get from this stage to retracting when erect?
Thanks for any help. Source:http://www.network54.com/Forum/244184/thread/1427096730/last-1427138756/A+few+questions

Good progress

The first photo (before stretching)

After stretching:

Hi guys. I'm battling phimosis, and I've made some progress. Just stretching and pulling the skin back do wonders. I've also began to use a fleshlight, so that might have contributed too. Once while using the fleshlight, I felt an unbelievable sharp pain. I pulled out and my foreskin seemed to be stuck and wound't roll back up. I went soft and it was fine. It rolled back. I tried again later and I managed to take a photo of the foreskin about half way down. I can't pull the foreskin down with my hands. It seems only the fleshlight will allow that. What should I do?

Also, how do I begin to clean smegma? Does being overweight cause phimosis? I've already dropped 60 pounds. Does phimosis affect penis size? I'd also like to get some steroid cream people here have mentioned. To get a physical, appointments are booked and I'm quite impatient, so is there anyway I can get the cream? Can I see a GP and have him prescribe me some?

Another case

Hello.
I have been stretching for like a month already.
Although it's going slow, I can see the progress since the first day.
I also wanted to show you and make sure everything is okay, and that I am doing it good.

I have a phimosis and I can't retract my foreskin at all.

1. I am doing two fingers stretching exercise, also as you can see my opening is tight, I can slide my two fingers but while stretching I need to help with my thumbs too. Hope that's okay.

2. Also I am wondering do I have a short frenulum or not and should I do exercises for short frenulum?

3. After retracting my foreskin, it always goes back to its first position, it rolls back together. Is that how it should be? I don't have problems pulling it back, just it sometimes takes time when it's flaccid and dry. WIll it always be that rolled, even when I could fully retract my foreskin?

4. Is it normal when I pull my foreskin back, all that skin becomes like a ring around my glans?

5. When doing 2 fingers stretching technique, I try to work the tightest part of my foreskin, and when doing it, should I pull the skin forward too, or just to the sides if u know what I mean because on the picture it's not clear enough as it's illustration.

Those are probably simple and maybe silly questions but I don't know much about it and that's why I am here
This forum is very useful, and many members of the forum who posts motivational stories

Update on old post

Update to this guy: http://phimosiscases.blogspot.co.uk/2015/01/just-began-stretching.html

"Well it's been about two months since i started stretching and you can't even tell I've made much progress, been doing two ten minute stretches in the morning and night. Some days i'd only get one stretch in but mostly everyday i'd do 2-3 sessions. Still unable to retract while flaccid or erect. But my foreskin has become a lot more loose and easier to stretch now. Could now as of recently fit multiple fingers inside. To make this phimosis journey even more interesting during the first two weeks of stretching i had a bad accident where i got this bad paper cut on my penis. Basically what happened was after masturbating i used a piece of paper to clean up (what i usually used most of the time before incident) and went to fast while trying to clean up and ouch. It's bad and super frustrating. Also could feel the cut sometimes when i'm doing simple walking. You could only imagine how bad this sucks. It has affected my stretching because it would hurt more. Was wondering if there is anything i could do to help heal if it's even possible. Also while stretching there is a bad smell most likely smegma. To try and help it, before peeing i would let the pee urinate into a balloon hold in for a little bit and let it out."

little progress

Hi. I've been stretching for 2 weeks now using the methods and I have made little progress to seeing the head.
However does there look like any problems here? E.g the red skin when retracting and the red line on the glans? I'm worried to what they could be. Thanks

Another case

"After a month or so of stretching, I was able to pull back my foreskin while flaccid. To my surprise however, there seems to be a ring of skin around the head of my penis. I am not entirely sure what this is and how I should go about this. I have some steroid cream as well, but am unsure if it is supposed to go on the foreskin or on this skin. What would happen if I tried to get an erection at this stage? 6Someone please provide insight on what I should do!!

Also, is phimocure a reliable tool in order to help with stretching?"
