Editor note: The hardened white skin is usually a sign of Lichen Sclerosus, also called Balanitis xerotica obliterans. Contrary to popular medical opinion I dont think this is the main cause of phimosis - I think it is to do with damage to the 3 spongy chambers of the penis, usually through masturbation. Different case studies of phimosis show that it is the main sexual problem in male. Other than phimosis, the Balanitis is also a sexual problem in males which effect the sexual life
