Been trying 5 days of stretching..how long does it take?

He writes:

"I've been stretching recently for the past five days (four times per day), and something that's been kind of frustrating is that I can't really see anything change. All the progress that I have in one session seems to be completely undone in the next, there's not really any clear progression. I don't really seem to notice that anything has really changed so far, at least on a drastic scale. Is this normal, or am I doing something wrong? When will I start to see long-term affects?"
