I used Phimocure for some month. But the silicon rings are not wide enough, i think: When the proper ring is placed, it will be droped out by glans after some seconds or at least a minute.
My "solution": I use multiple rings at same time! Biggest ring up Next smaller ring in the middle next smaller ring as basement. So my phimosis-zone stayed much longer in the right place and I have a good stretching gain since.
